    I worked in this company for 9 years. And this is longest company that i have ever worked for in my life. I can learn many things in this company, so I can be what I am now.
    The good things1. Everyone has the same opportunity for improvement and promotion (doesn't have to be senior) 2. I can learn many things, not only about the project but also ethics to customer 3. Management who always support to the employees 4. Management also gave some paid training to the employees
    The challenges1. Basically, NMI is japanese company. So sometimes, we had an issue when we want to approach local company 2. No commisions for Sales, so Sales doesnt has enthusiasm to close the project 3. Customer is priority, so sales need standby or support to customer in the weekend.

    The good things- Can learn many things, especially in the IT field - Good for interns who want to improve their skills
    The challenges- There is no work life balance - Unreasonable overtime pay even though the project was finished almost at dawn

    I worked at Netmarks Indonesia over a decade. As I mentioned earlier, the company provides equal opportunities for employees to grow. I began my career as a staff and eventually progressed to a managerial position. I have learned a tremendous amount from this remarkable company, which has significantly benefitted my future career. This company has greatly influenced my mindset and shaped me into a leader of character. I am grateful to them for providing me the opportunity.
    The good things- The company prioritizes a transparent, trustworthy, and collaborative environment - There are many opportunities for learning, particularly in Japanese business practices - Equal opportunities for growth are provided, with strong support for employee development - Management genuinely cares about the well-being and health of employees - The coworkers are amazing - Management has strong vision, mission and clear communication style
    The challengesEmployees may find themselves managing a substantial number of tasks, potentially exceeding their optimal workload capacity. The company could benefit from additional staffing.

    Good if you want to break into IT Sales
    The good thingsFirst, the company has been running for 20+ years and has some very senior staff members, Second, the communication is through WhatsApp 100% and not using any other platforms such as Skype or Teams. Third, they are an integrator company, you will find some very creative ways to make business and that is very necessary for the IT Sales field, the more creative the better, Fourth, they will teach you systems to use to become faster and more professional, definitely recommended to those who want to have a career in the IT Sales field.
    The challengesFirst, if you join the Sales department you have to buckle up and expect to work hard to maintain existing customers and bring in new business at the same time, Second, a lot of other departments will throw work to the sales team you must be prepared to overtime and do a lot of strange work, Third, you will be the backbone of the company, here's my warning if you do not want to work in IT Sales, do not join.

    The good thingsGood colleagues easy to get along with. There is training but not in depth. Salary is okay. office in sunter so cheap food and easy commute for some. Laptop is provided if you need. Sometimes theres product updates to gain more knowledge and you have vendor certification which you can train and get a certificate.
    The challengesVery high target both individual and company but with no commission or incentive.... management doing meetings all day so no one can help. you. Lack of communication around the departments and doing the same meetings every week. Lack of staff and hiring....

    The good thingsDi Netmarks Indonesia, banyak ilmu yang di dapat, krn banyak belajar hal2 baru, banyak ilmu dan teknologi yang bisa di pelajari, jadi banyak vendor yang memberikan training produk mereka secara free of charge, agar produk mereka bisa dijual ke customer, yang rata rata manufacturing .
    The challengesKalo kesulitannya, kalo ada produk baru, yg tidak di support oleh vendornya, atau produk tersebut sudah end of sale, jadi kami harus menghubungi vendor atau service center yang bisa memberikan support end of sales.
