I worked in this company for 9 years. And this is longest company that i have ever worked for in my life. I can learn many things in this company, so I can be what I am now.
The good things1. Everyone has the same opportunity for improvement and promotion (doesn't have to be senior)
2. I can learn many things, not only about the project but also ethics to customer
3. Management who always support to the employees
4. Management also gave some paid training to the employees
The challenges1. Basically, NMI is japanese company. So sometimes, we had an issue when we want to approach local company
2. No commisions for Sales, so Sales doesnt has enthusiasm to close the project
3. Customer is priority, so sales need standby or support to customer in the weekend.
