The challengesdari manajemen dulu yg harus diperbaiki. aturan yang tidak pernah konsisten & slalu berubah dalam jangka waktu dekat.
lembur tiap hari, bahkan di weekend. tidak ada kompensasi lembur hanya diganti dengan hari cuti. itupun tidak bisa diambil pada akhirnya. jadi intinya harus kerja jadi relawan.

untuk hal buruk nya pertama kali masuk langsung diceburin ke pekerjaan tanpa ada handover yang baik, semua pelajaran learn by doing, untuk penanganan tiket issue yang berulang tidak ada kejelasan dalam hal penyelesaaiannya, jam kerja juga lembur setiap hari tanpa ada kompensasi kecuali hari libur dan itu pun kompensasi hari pengganti libur, cuti tahunan dan izin sakit sedikit susah di ambil karena ada nya delegasi yang dimana kalo kerja shift akan sangat susah meminta orang untuk delegasi pekerjaan
