    The good thingsSaya merasa MHIS mendorong saya menjadi pembelajar sepanjang hayat. Tidak ada sekolah yang sempurna, tetapi sekolah yang baik adalah sekolah yang terus belajar dan mendengar umpan balik dari semua pihak (guru, orang tua, siswa, dan pihak eksternal lain). Saya memperoleh kesempatan belajar bersama dengan rekan sejawat maupun manager di sekolah.
    The challengesBagian yang menantang bagi saya sebagai member baru dari MHIS Family adalah menyesuaikan dengan culturenya, khususnya terkait tugas-tugas administrasi. Bisa dikatakan, tugas-tugas administrasi yang cukup rumit dan detail menjadi budaya yang khas, berbeda dari tempat saya bekerja sebelumnya. Namun demikian, di balik itu semua saya merasakan manfaatnya sendiri. Saya terbiasa mencatat segala hal dalam dokumen. Pada akhirnya, ini mempermudah saya dalam prosesnya.

    The good thingsSekolah ini merupakan salah satu sekolah yang tidak diskriminatif dalam hal usia. Walaupun usia 40+, selama memilliki kemampuan, kemauan, dan komitmen untuk bekerja sebaik- baiknya akan selalu ada kesempatan yang diberikan. Bersyukur Alhamdulillah krn mendapatkan lingkungan kerja yang nyaman dan menyenangkan. Bertemu dengan rekan- rekan kerja yang pengertian, perhatian dan sangat supportif.
    The challengesAda beberapa hal baru yang saya temui, ilmu dan pengetahuan baru yang saya dapatkan, kemudian menjadi keahlian baru yang harus dikuasai. Harus berpikiran terbuka, mau belajar dan beradptasi dengan cepat terkait hal- hal baru tersebut.

    The good thingsSaya menikmati bekerja bersama tim saya karena kami saling membantu dan mendukung dalam menyelesaikan tugas sehari-hari. Kerja sama dalam tim cukup solid dan membatu saya. Lingkungan sekolah juga cukup kondusif untuk bekerja. Namun, dalam beberapa kesempatan komunikasi antarbagian masih perlu ditingkatkan agar koordinasi dapat berjalan lebih efektif seperti dalam komunikasi atasan dan bawahan Meskipun begitu, dengan dukungan tim yang baik, tantangan tersebut tetap bisa diatasi dengan kerja sama yang baik.
    The challengesSalah satu tantangan yang dihadapi adalah komunikasi dan koordinasi antarbagian yang terkadang belum berjalan secara optimal. Hal ini terkadang menyebabkan informasi kurang tersampaikan dengan jelas atau terjadi miskomunikasi. Ke depannya, sistem komunikasi yang lebih terstruktur dan konsisten akan sangat membantu meningkatkan efektivitas kerja. Selain itu, pembagian tugas dan alur kerja dapat diperjelas agar setiap staf memiliki pemahaman yang sama mengenai tanggung jawab masing-masing. Dengan perbaikan dalam aspek tersebut, kinerja tim secara keseluruhan tentu dapat menjadi lebih maksimal.

    poor management and bad attitude create a chaotic, disorganized, and stressful environment.
    The good thingsThe best thing about this school is the colleagues. They are truly helpful, kind, and supportive. Whenever someone struggles with lessons, there is always a classmate ready to explain and assist. They willingly share notes, help with assignments, and encourage each other before exams.
    The challengesThis school’s management truly sets a remarkable example of how not to run an institution. Organization seems to be treated as a distant suggestion rather than a basic requirement, turning even the simplest matters into unnecessary chaos. Communication is unclear, decisions feel random, and consistency is practically nonexistent. The boss’s attitude only adds to the charm — a perfect blend of negativity and unpredictability that creates a wonderfully tense and messy environment. If confusion and poor leadership were achievements, this place would be proudly at the top.

    The good thingsBisa berteman dengan siapapun, tidak ada batasan untuk menyapa semua divisi lain. Semua divisi ramah, dan bisa merangkul satu sama lain.

    Average low salary with high pressure
    The good thingsLunch is provided. Team mates are supportive. It can be a good place if you are a very hard worker person, looking for challenges to test your ideas, and willing to stretch out your boundaries. Maybe.
    The challengesBeware of the written words in contract noting you can be let go when they don't need you anymore (which could be a blanket term). Clarify things; BPJS, BPJSTK, take home pay, etc.. Workload is heavy, combined with micromanagement. Not a healthy environment for supporting creativity while maintaining well-being. Do not expect autonomy.
