    The good thingsBertambahnya pengalaman saya ketika saya bekerja di perusahaan ini. Orang yang bekerja di dalamnya juga di seleksi terlebih dahulu,ga sembarangan orang bisa masuk di perusahaan ini. Pokoknya selama bekerja di perusahaan ini nyaman.
    The challengesTidak terlalu banyak kesulitannya, selama saya bekerja tingkat kesulitannya saya anggap sebagai pengalaman baru buat saya. Saya banyak belajar dari berbagai kesulitan atau masalah yang ada dan saya bisa melewatinya. Kesulitan itu anggap saja sebagai pelajaran baru.

    Pekerjaan yg di berikan tdk sesuai dg apa yg trcantum di info lowongan. Lowongan nya mekanik troubel shoting..setelah di terima,pekerjaan nya sprti tukang bangunan. Makanya kryawan jg sering keluar masuk.

    The challengesSistem pengupahan yg tdk sesuai dg ksepakatan awal selama 20 hr masa prcobaan. Seharus nya seminggu udah dpt tp nyatanya 2 minggu baru dpt.

    The good thingsVery good to improve your skill and experience, the preassure can make u to be a stronger person in life, teach u how to have well communication to others, and many other things that i cant express in this word.
    The challengesSo many challenge to work in this company, u have to hard worker person and smart worker person in the same time, u must able to manage your time well as well as your self, you must able to pay attention to a little thing.

    The good thingsSenang bersosialisasi dengan karyawan dan saya senang membantu karyawan produksi dalam memberikan perlengkapan atau kebutuhan karyawan.
    The challengesPada saat mesin rusak atau masalah di produksi saya juga suka kesulitan apabila ada beberapa barang yang tidak ada di gudang. Di luar dari stok perlengkapan karyawan/produksi.
