    The good thingsWaktu kerja yang jelas membuat karyawan tidak kekurangan waktu untuk urusan selain pekerjaan. Selain itu bentuk apresiasi kepada karyawan salah satunya bisa didapatkan dengan atasan yang tidak memandang sebelah mata terhadap bawahannya. Mengapresiasi kerja karyawan dengan sedikit pujian akan kerja yang dihasilkannya dapat meningkatkan percaya diri dan kinerja dari karyawan itu sendiri.
    The challengesSering kali pekerjaan datang secara bersamaan. Padahal sebenarnya dapat dicegah apabila jenis-jenis pekerjaan tertentu yang bisa dikerjakan terlebih dahulu dengan proses dicicil. Tentunya dengan menggunakan sistem prioritas. Menumpuk pekerjaan secara sekaligus memungkinkan naiknya tingkat stres bagi karyawan yang bersangkutan. Kemudian pembagian tugas secara jelas juga dapat mempercepat proses selesainya suatu pekerjaan.

    The good thingsthe best part of being a researcher in Universitas Mulawarman is that it ables you experience a true field research by going to unique places and also their society in especially in rural or even in the middle of Kalimantan jungle.
    The challengesone of the most difficulties in working in Mulawarman University is its relative lack of reputation in national level. Mulawarman University's name is often overwhelmed by more famous universities especially those in Java.

    The good thingsBekerja disini membuat kamu untuk dituntut mandiri mengatasi segala pekerjaan dan menyelesaikan tanpa bertanya karena PIC jarang di tempat dan kita harus bisa membuat keputusan yang baik sehingga jadi belajar banyak hal baru.
    The challengesKesulitannya adalah membuat keputusan yang tepat selama atasan tidak ditempat dan slow respon. Selain itu apabila sudah masuk semester kedua, jam kerja sudah mulai tidak beraturan hehe.
