We work as a manpower supplier, specializing in accommodating labors to oil and gas industries for its on-shore and off-shore site, including their catering services.We recruit, accommodate, and manage ranges of manpower needs for various categories to oil and gas companies around the world. We open avenues between highly skilled workers and worldwide companies providing a quality service.We recruit honest, hard-working, and responsible people on behalf of our clients. All individuals that we hire are required to complete a specific training and to have certificate(s) from IADC Well Control Accreditation Program (IADC WellCAP), International Well Control Forum (IWCF), and or Minyak dan Gas (Migas) certificate according to their related position.We are able to make any arrangement for various positions from the higher to the lower staffs, including (but not limited to): Rig Superintendent, Toolpusher, Tourpusher, Driller, Mechanic, Electrician, Derrickman, Motorman, Roughneck, Roustabout, Welder, and Medical Man.PT. SMJA provides comprehensive services to meet our clients’ specific needs. We assist our clients with combined management plan according to their needs and expectations. Services that we provide include (but not limited to): provision and management of accommodation services, catering services, rental services (car and equipment).
