The good thingsTeammates were great and supportive, fun working environment, free lunch/snacks and WFH 2 days/week. Management gave you a freedom to explore your interest
The challengesMost of times, you need to try interpret the unclear instructions and directions from management, and expect approval for every step and report per week. They will ask you to do whatever they want (without telling you) every time. Having a great mind reading skills will be very helpful here.
