The challengesFrom my personal experience, while the tasks themselves are generally manageable, though, our department manager tends to magnify minor issues and impose undue pressure on employees. Despite the modest compensation, there is an expectation for staff to assume responsibilities akin to those of assistant managers.
The Human Resources department appears to be insufficiently attuned to the high turnover rate within our team, failing to address the causes effectively.
Additionally, tardiness results in salary deductions, further impacting employee morale.
The absence of a clear career progression framework exacerbates the dissatisfaction. Moreover, interdepartmental relations are strained by a culture of blame shifting. In sum, while the workload is tolerable, these organizational deficiencies significantly diminish the overall work experience.

Principal sangat dermawan dan baik hati. Ritme kerja yang santai dan suasana kerja menyenangkan membuat setiap karyawannya sangat betah bekerja di kantor ini. Saya tidak akan pernah melupakan kantor ini seumur hidup saya.
The challengesTantangan terbesarnya bagi saya hanyalah sebatas harus mau untuk berdinas ke luar kota sewaktu-waktu diperlukan. Bagi sebagian orang mungkin ini menyenangkan, namun bagi yang belum terbiasa akan bekerja dinas luar kota seperti saya, ini menjadi momok tersendiri. Jiika saya mendapat kesempatan untuk bekerja kembali di sini, saya akan mencobanya.
