    The good thingsI got new responsibilities during my time in Matana University.
    The challengesEmployee has to deal with very complicated management bureaucracy. This company also doesn't provide great benefits and less concern about it's employee. But it still has opportunities to improve its quality, to be more flexible to employee and prioritize the employee well-being.
