The good thingsSallary yang cukup kompetitif, upah lemburan dibayarkan, biaya perjalanan ditanggung.
The challengesHonestly, company ini memang cukup baik untuk persoalan upah, which is jam kerja yang terkadang amat sangat over, tetapi dibayarkan per hour, ya walaupun per jam nya juga tdk terlalu besar pembayaran nya, tapi dengan beberapa pengalaman kerja saya ditempat yang lain ini cukup baik. Namun, memang ada hal2 yang harus diperbaiki yaitu pertama tentang sebuah 'reward' trhdp karyawan yang 'berprestasi' atau dalam dunia sales,mereka yang 'achive the target' utk urusan yang 1 ini masih sangat amat rancu di company ini peraturan nya sprt apa. Lalu kedua, utk operational team team leader nya, yang mana mereka seharusnya memiliki cerminan leadership yang baik, jadi ketika bawahan mereka miliki problem, si leader bisa menengahi dengan baik, bukan nya mengambil jalan tengah dgn merugikan 1 pihak, which is ketika leader mengambil jln tsb, sdh dipastikan akan berdampak negatif trhdp team nya sndiri.
