    Pengalaman kerja di RMT Super Indo
    The good thingsGaji untuk RMT oke. Apalagi training di domisili masing-masing. Karyawan staf, team leader, dan asist store dan saling membantu satu sama lain, dan sangat solid, karir untuk naik posisi cukup cepat. Bulan ke 4 bekerja otomatis jadi karyawan tetap
    The challengesTerdapat beberapa oknum store manager atau SL yang seenaknya. Merubah jadwal karyawan seenak jidatnya. Anak training dipaksa untuk masuk jam setengah 6. Kemudian pulang sangat sore menjelang maghrib, store manager ingin selalu libur di hari minggu. Tetapi tidak disemua cabang seperti itu. Untuk di BDG sendiri yang kompeten dan baik di CMI, DGO, MRN, KPO, MSE
