ExcelentThe good thingsIt was good working on this company, u have a store leader and an assistant store leader who are really care like a friend, supportive circle, and great place to find a new experience or to make a new relations. My contract was end 'cause it's a temporary contract ( 6 months ). but, Im glad I ever be part of PT, Lion Superindo as an employee. Trust me, Working in here are really good and fun.
The challengesRemembering a lot of things, must be nice to every customer even the annoying one, The loyality hours ( ex : u should working for 8hours, but u have to work for 9-10 hours, 1-2hours its for loyality. its kinda good, but for me it ain't professional.) , and also u have working on weekend but its fine, and last but not least is the schedule, sometimes u got the jumping schedule ( ex : u working on shift 2, and next u have to work on shift 1) note: shift 1 ( Morning 07.00 WIB ), shift 2 ( Afternoon 13.00 WIB).
