    The challengesMenyatukan perbedaan target antar divisi dan management. Target2 pencapaian yg selalu berubah2 dengan sangat cepat. Dan harus berjalan dengan target2 sebelumnya. Sedangkan target2 sebelumnya masih banyak yg belum tercapai dan selalu berbenturan dengan target pencapaian yang baru.
