    It was an extraordinary experience that I had in this company, I found many interesting characters and people, but everyone was able to come together and bond so that a familial character emerged that tied one another. I gained a lot of managerial and technical experience in the field, so it really helped me to know and understand the outstanding needs in all environmental sectors.
    The good thingsLazada logistics give the opportunities to their employees to be better and ease to do exploration due to the continuous improvement and self skill improvement. Company give chance to the employee to make some training needed due to the requirement skills. Due to the daily basis, it a weekly job things and made it easier on each week on the future

    The challengesSangat repot ketika berhadapan dengan kurir yg hanya memikirkan dirinya sendiri tanpa melihat KPI perusahaan. Repot juga bekerja di daerah pinggiran dimana akses internet tidak begitu bagus dan medan perjalanan yg berat bagi rekan rekan sehingga banyak menghambat aktifitas delivery paket.
