    The challengesJobdesk,Jam kerja, dan Overtime tidak diperhatikan diperusahaan ini. Di tuntut apalugada sehingga jam kerja & job desk berantakan. 1 orang dituntut ngerjain jobdesk 3 - 4 org. Pulang selalu malam tp overtime tidak dibayarkan sesuai. Posisi karyawan - perusahaan sangat jomplang.
