-Relatively new (production starting in 2014), so there's still room for improvement and we can get experience from that improvement
-GOOD benefit, from salary, healthcare, and allowance
-Located in Cilegon with its thriving business and near to Jabodetabek, so living expense is not too expensive but you still can enjoy your leisure time
-Work-Life balance is good overall but can vary depends on your team and also company condition
-Good place to work for relatively short period (2-3 years)
The challengesCons
-Relatively new (production starting in 2014), so there's still problem that doesn't have countermeasure yet.
-Sometimes unnecessary or non-sense HR policies, a lot of clash between internal policy makers (also sometimes due to conflict of interest between parent company), so it can affect the employee willingness to work
-You might get responsibilities outside your expertise, even though your roles and responsibilities are already stated in HR qualification
-Career development is not too good, there're higher position that will be automatically filled by employees from parent company, if you don't mind being a team member with already good benefit.
