    Berdasarkan saya yang udah experience di perusahaan ini selama 5 tahun, KOI sangat cocok buat batu loncatan kalian buat cari tambahan experience dan salary, untuk environment itu tergantung store kalian, klo dpt crew nya seru dan fun pasti betah sih, dan buat yang udah punya gelar / kalian yang mau nyari perkembangan jabatan sangat disarankan bertahan maks 2 tahun aja, soalnya kekurangan di KOI itu, sangat amat sulit untuk develop buat jenjang karir, tapi tempat yang pas buat bertahan hidup hehe
    The good thingsTempat kerja yang memanusiakan pekerjanya, very recommend buat yang 1st timer kerja buat.batu loncatan experience kalian, soalnya bener2 diajarin dari 0 dan kalian harus nikmatin fase probation 3 bulan awal kalian, fun banget sih, momen nya ngangenin woy
    The challengesfase probation step tersulit sekaligus fun, apalagi klo kalian ditempatin di store yang rame, bakal susah konsen tp di satu sisi itu bakal bikin kalian cepet hafal, ibarat nya learning by doing

    Baik untuk Belajar tapi Tidak untuk Menyabung Hidup
    The good thingsBelajar cara mengolah minuman bertopping Pearl yg ngetrend di masa kini, menambah teman bahkan pacar (jikalau mampu bergaul dengan lingkungan storenya).
    The challengesKurangnya crew sehingga shift jumping terus, gaji alih-alih naik malah terjadi penurunan. Mengerjakan semua pekerjaan termasuk membenahi mesin air filter (seharusnya tugas teknisi). Fasilitas tidak memadai, mesin sealer sering rusak dsb. Jenjang karir tidak jelas.

    The challengesthe working time is by shift and very often finish late, which made me have little leisure time. the company should give bonus or tips to the crews so that they become more motivated and work more energetically.

    The good thingsbekerja dalam tim untuk mendukung satu sama lain, terutama di saat sedang banyak pelanggan. Saya menjadi lebih mengerti dan lebih bersabar dalam melayani berbagai macam pelanggan/customer.
    The challengesKesulitan yang saya temui saat bekerja adalah disaat sedang jam-jam padat adalah dikejar waktu dan harus terburu-buru berhubung antrian yang sudah panjang. Belum lagi saat ada beberapa produk yang belum tersedia.

The fundamentals of the company are strong personality people and fast pace company so you'll feel like your productivity increasing from time to time
