    The good thingsFasilitas asuransi kesehatan yg memudahkan saat berobat. Ada bonus (dengan melihat kondisi keuangan perusahaan) Sistem SAP yg mendukung, memudahkan dalam bekerja dan ilmunya sangat bermanfaaat

    The good thingsDi perusahaan ini saya dapat banyak ilmu dari sistem elektrik,hidrolik,engine dan maintenane. Karena di perusahaan ini kita di tuntut untuk paham semua sistem unit agar kita bisa memperbaiki dengan sempurna dan unit bisa beroperasi seperti unit baru.
    The challengesKesulitan nya pas awal training karena kita di tuntut belajar semua sistem. Yang paling sulit dulu membaca diagram sirkit elektrik dan hidrolik karena masih 0 pengalaman. Tapi asik karena jadi tantangan tersendiri bagi kita.

    Pengalaman saya bekerja di PT Daya Kobelco Construction Machinery Indonesia.
    The good thingsUntuk masalah kesehatan tercover asuransi. Izin (cuti) pengurusannya tidak ribet. Setiap tahun ada bonus (jumlah nominal berubah2 menyesuaikan kondisi keuangan perusahaan), biasanya di bulan Januari dan Juli.
    The challengesJob desk masing2 karyawan belum rata kejelasannya. Terkadang pekerjaan yg bisa dikerjaan hanya 1 orang malah dikerjakan 2 orang sehingga tidak efisien. Sedangkan yg kerjaannya loadnya banyak hanya dikerjaan 1 orang.
