    Workload: For stock checking, pricing, and quotation preparation, these tasks are handled individually, in addition to outside client visits. Sometimes the workload feels overwhelming when everything comes at once (hehe). Brief Experience (5 months, since April): Colleagues respond quickly to questions and provide helpful guidance. Age differences are not a barrier to teamwork. However, due to the large number of products, it takes significant time to fully understand the range.
    The good thingsThere seems to be no boundary when it comes to discussion. I can directly consult with senior technical staff regarding product matters, and management is also open to discussion, which creates a very collaborative atmosphere.
    The challengesChallenges: a. Product classification is still quite difficult to understand, mainly because of the wide variety of items. b. Since the products are not ready stock, I often need to check back and forth with the technical team to confirm whether certain items can be combined, for example, to build a complete door or window integration set based on customer requests. This usually requires proposing alternative ready products that may be suitable.

Pengalaman bekerja dengan orang dari negara lain jadi pelajaran yang berharga karena dapat melihat dari sudut pandang dan budaya baru dalam melakukan suatu pekerjaan. Kinlong juga memiliki variasi produk yang sangat luas, sehingga saya sebagai sales tidak akan kehabisan bahan terkait urusan penjualan. Kinlong juga sudah memiliki sistem terintegrasi terkait internal system, sehingga setiap pekerjaan dapat dipertanggung jawabkan. Kinlong juga memiliki gudang di Indonesia, dan pengiriman rutin setiap bulannya, sehingga saya sebagai sales dapat memanfaatkan hal tersebut untuk mengirim barang-barang baru.
    The challengesTantangan terberat untuk sales dimanapun pasti target :) apalagi Kinlong yang target marketnya adalah project, yang akan tergantung sekali dengan ketersediaan project di Indonesia. Tantangan berikutnya adalah komunikasi dengan Headquarter (HQ). Staff di HQ tidak semua dapat berbahasa inggris dengan baik, sehingga komunikasi perlu intense agar tidak terjadi miss komunikasi.

    Good support from fellow colleague, but confusing management decision making. Go only for the money
    The good thingsThe salary payout is massive for fresher especially this company has no restrictions for having our commission money. Reimbursements cover most of our duty but slow paid (really slow). The working culture is great, our fellow team member and or seniors will guide us as long as we are not getting in their way. For most of the time the working atmosphere is very friendly, and quiet. We will learn a lot of things especially if we are in sales position. You will have massive advantages if you are active in English and Chinese
    The challengesThis company has very confusing decision making especially from management. We feel like all of the decision result advantages on one sided only and it has to do with very strong office politics. The company will tricked you for having marketing team while they have none. Most of the time, you will feel like working for this company but with no clear future. The system are very sluggish and not very intuitive. Some of the systems only available in Chinese and they have very basic English, potentially leads to misunderstanding, and it has happened not in once or twice and the result is sometimes fatal for the salesman.
