    The good thingsAs a Project Electrical Specialist on PT. Kimberly Clark Indonesia, I have responsibilities to lead and manage any project and working with third party for special project with can’t handle with internal member. Together with Production Team, we have a plan to reduce pulp converting material during production start up process. Our machine dispose many reject product due to setting machine and ramp up. We have a plan to reduce the percentage of pulp consumption during start up and setting, by PLC Automatic Controller. The concept is the percentage of pulp consumption will be increase step by step, with linear trigger, similar with speed machine. When the machine already achieve the maximum speed, the PLC will calculate on 100% of pulp consumption. So, the machine didn't dispose many reject product. And Finally, we can reduce the reject from 8% to be 3%
    The challengesNeed Commitment between Production, Engineering and Quality Assurance Team for Improvement Program Implementation. Because, if the Engineering Team miscalculation, will giving impact on Quality Product. It is very critical on Product Weight Issue, during program implementation and commissioning, we found lower weight product. But, after improvement, we can solve the issue and achieve the target goals
