    Great place for fresh graduate
    The good thingsThe international working environment is really good. I like the atmosphere on how you can interact with global team and develop your skillset. It is good for a fresh graduate to start building your career in this company. The team was also great in working together, helpful, and gave a comfortable place to work. Benefits were also great.
    The challengesWorkload are pretty heavy with small team members.

    The good thingsHave a change to have another function ( extend career ) Thanks Kerry !! After CS Manager I have an opportunity as transport specialist. Handling for continues improvement also in warehouse. It is good experience and awesome for me. Thanks Kerry !!
    The challengesMenghadapi management yang tidak konsisten dan tidak terbuka. Selalu ada discretion bagi karyawan sesuai kesenangan atasan bukan berdasarkan performance bekerja. Menurut saya manajemen komunikasi atau matrix komunikasi tidak ada process.

    The good thingsJam kerja yang flexible tidak mengikat, Team yang kompak, System yang komplite dilengkapi dengan berbagai macam audit yang membuat kita bisa belajar banyak dan berkreasi menjalankan ide - ide kita. Kesejahteraan cukup bagus diatas rata - rata perusahaan sejenis, pressure dari atasan tidak terlalu tinggi dan atasan percaya kepada kita selaku bawahaan dan diberikan wewenang untuk mandiri menjalankan ide - ide kita.
    The challengesOrganisasi yang slim jadi karyawan agak sedikit sulit untuk mendapatkan promosi dengan jabatan baru. kontrol terhadap penambahan orang atau jabatan baru sangat ketat dan dikontrol oleh Regional. KPI yang ketat dan ada KPI yang tidak bisa kita kontrol tapi sangat berpengaruh ke Performance tahunan ini yang membuat kita sulit untuk mencapainya karena departement lain yang mengerjakan KPI ini kita hanya mendapat inpact nya saja.

    Very neat and nice place to work
    The good thingsthe management was went well, all staff like family , welcome you warmly and very quiet and convenience to work.
    The challengesfor Jababeka outsider you must have private transportation or strategic home to catch up the transportation access, since it was busy place to go. Public transportation always full and crowded and mostly got delayed or even cannot loaded anymore.

    The good thingspartnership to each other is strength. we have a good cooperation to get the best result. share tasks when I or the other get tasks too much, then we could finished it as fast as possible.
