    Big company but messy in company organization
    The good thingsThe projects could give us a very good and valuable experience for future. Learn a lot here and actual big project makes us more flexible as a person, in our daily life or our career life.
    The challengesThe system for this company should be better but the project gives us many new things to learn. As an architect, we could learn how to oversee a project here by ourself. But for our career development, it should be better, sometimes our good job overshadowed by other's person confession.
