    The good thingsTeman kerja yang support banget! Kerja di masa COVID itu susah komunikasinya, tapi karena teman-teman yang selalu saling dukung buat saya mudah bekerja sama antar tim. Selalu terbuka sama ide-ide (suka kalo udah meeting brainstorming karena saling tukar pikiran).

    few good things, lot of improvements needed by company.
    The good thingsbenefits : brand discounts for employees, work from home, allowances.
    The challengeslow work-life balance (you can work at night almost every day), mid & top-level managerial expectations are exceptionally high so they can be very demanding & micro-manage you (they really need to improve this aspect), system developments are slow, promotion/career development criteria are not clear.
