    Review untuk PT Global Onkolab Farma (GOF)
    The good thingssalary dan benefit yang ditawarkan cukup kompetitif, banyak pembelajaran yang didapat karena 1 orang bisa menghandle beberapa area pekerjaan sekaligus. Good exposure untuk saling mengenal staff dari grup Kalbe lainnya
    The challengespenilaian manajemen dan atasan sangat subjektif mencerminkan budaya like and dislike yang sangat kuat. Aturan kontrak di awal 6 bulan namun disebut probation tanpa adanya indikator penilaian yang jelas. Tuntutan untuk karyawan baru sangat tinggi namun tidak ada program pendampingan dari mentor atau senior. Lingkungan kerja yang tidak sehat dari internal karyawan. Lembur untuk level spv up dianggap loyalitas. Sangat perlu perbaikan dari manajemen GOF.

    good for starter, no for long term.
    The good thingsGood salary, even for fresh grads. You'll learn a lot about corporate life. Friendly colleagues, especially in the same department. Benefits are standard: BPJS, private insurance, annual leave, and catered lunch if WFO.
    The challengesSenior management feels outdated. They push for digitalization, but execution—especially in people development—falls short. Coaching and mentoring are promoted, but still in progress, making real implementation difficult.
