Target yang terkesan serampangan, terlampau banyak detail tugas yang seharusnya bisa dikerjakan oleh admin sales, manajer sangat kaku dan tidak mengakomodasi kebutuhan klien. Perusahaan cenderung defensif, setiap kesalahan ditimpakan ke karyawan entry level
