The challengesI happen to be in a pretty difficult team and have a boss who can't be given input by his staff. my boss's mindset is very old-fashioned. can't handle how to nurture and understand the character of her team, always feels the most righteous, and can't be blamed. feels always the most righteous and likes to bring down / kill someone's character. maybe, if my boss wasn't her, I'd still be there.

It's a great place to start your very first job
The good thingsSalary is quite high for an entry level and I'm so lucky to have a nice and kind-hearted boss & boss' boss. The staff also friendly, Jobstreet provides us free online course (but not every staff will get it).
As an entry level, I feel that they embraced the newcomers to be more active in the event.
You will get free lunch once in a month.
The challenges-Sometimes there are miscom and miscoordination among management and staff.
-Product team always renew the feature, but they barely to inform us about the update, so when candidates complaint about the new feature or update, we don't really know what to do and we can't give the clear information or solution.
