    The good thingsSaya sangat menyukai bekerja di lingkungan JFE karena selain manajemen yang transparan, rasa kekeluargaan antar rekan kerja sangat baik. jadi bekerja tapi rasanya seperti dirumah. selain itu, pengembangan karir yang bagus. banyak pengetahuan dan pengalaman baru yang bisa saya dapatkan.

    Fresh graduate friendly EPC company with good mentors in on-job training
    The good thingsthe japanese are nice and willing to share their knowledge with young engineers. The working environment is good as long you can get along with quiet workplace, we are relatively more discipline than other EPC company.
    The challengesLack of mid engineers to guide the fresh graduates. There are some, but their passion or spirit are not the same with the expats. Not good for the fresh graduates, they will get confused and reluctant to stay at the company.

    The good thingsHal yang baik yang dapat diterima disini adalah tentang disiplin terhadap pekerjaan dan tanggung jawab yang dikerjaan. Pelajaran itu akhirnya membentuk saya menjadi pribadi yang lebih menghargai waktu yang koneksi dengan orang lain. Tidak hanya itu, disini lingkungannya bersifat kekeluargaan, jadi tidak perlu ragu untuk berbagi cerita dengan teman-teman lain.
    The challengesKesulitan disini sepertinya mengenai komunikasi. Komunikasi orang Jepang dalam berbahasa inggris yang terbatas dan orang indonesia yang terbatas juga, membuat sering salah paham. sehingga apa yang dikerjakan terkadang tidak sesuai dengan yang diminta.

    The good thingsBekerja di PT. JFE Engineering Indonesia untuk fresh graduate cukup baik. Dari tunjangan kesehatan, asuransi, bonus akhir tahun, karyawannya pun suka membantu karena bersifat kekeluargaan. Untuk peluang karir kedepannya agak panjang, dan butuh usaha keras. Kedisiplinan dalam bekerja juga dituntut.
    The challengesKadang-kadang sering terjadi kesalahpahaman sesama partner kerja. Tetapi itu membaik seiring berjalannya waktu karena faktor kebiasaan. Biasanya itu kembali lagi kediri masing-masing.
