    The good thingsSaya mendapat ilmu khususnya di divisi saya sekarang bekerja yaitu Estimate Department. Komunikasi yang baik antara rekan kerja di divisi saya memudahkan untuk bekerja. Head of Department (Manager) saya sangat peduli (care) terhadap para staff.
    The challengesKurangnya transparansi apprasisal dari pihak Board of Director terhadap kinerja yang telah dilakukan. Tidak ada ruang untuk mengembangkan diri karena manajemen kantor yang kurang baik saat ini. Peraturan dari pihak manajemen yang sudah berganti (seperti absensi, kehadiran, pemotongan gaji, dsb)

    Commitment of work is good
    The good thingsAll related person is injected to keep discipline for on time schedule, good quality, zero complain with client satisfaction and zero accident during construction work is the most to keep.
    The challengesFacing multilateral people (Japanese is most) is give more challenge to contribute how to work as team and achieve one good result. Engineering, management and combination of different culture are so good to use as tools to complete how to working and introducing one to each others.

    The good thingsDari segi pendapatan, disini cukup baik. Selain ada gaji pokok, juga ada uang overtime, kehadiran, dan transportasi. Juga ada asuransi kesehatan selain bpjs ketenagakerjaan. Dari segi lingkungan teman teman juga cukup baik. Para Senior disini sangat baik membagi ilmu ke pada junior juniornya.

Banyak perubahan pola fikir yang dibangun untuk dapat menghasilkan pekerjaan yang baik.. belajar berkomunikasi dan berani mendelegasikan diri pada rintangan tertentu menjadi daya tarik tersendiri untuk dilakukan..
    The challengesAwalnya sulit mengerti bagaimana perbedaan budaya Indonesia dan Jepang saat bekerja bersama. Perbedaan kultur, dan bahasa pun menjadi kesulitan tersendiri dalam mengerjakan tugas. Tapi selama ada keinginan untuk belajar, dan berusaha, mampu menghadapi tekanan dan rintangan yang ada, semua bisa dihadapi.

Jaya Obayashi memberikan edukasi secara berkala dengan menghadirkan Traineer dari Jepang ( Obayashi Corporation ) sehingga dapat mengembangkan skill individu dari Staff yang bekerja di Indonesia. Kemudian PT. Jaya Obayashi juga selalu mengadakan kegiatan rutin yang diselenggarakan untuk menumbuhkan semangat team work melalui Sport Day yaitu dalam bentuk perlombaan antar project sehingga dapat mengenal satu sama lain dan dapat mengukur kekompakan antar project. Disamping itu PT. Jaya Obayashi juga memberikan reward / penghargaan bagi karyawan terbaik dan karyawan yang sudah berkarier lebih dari 10 tahun di perusahaan. Hadiah dalam bentuk uang atau cindera mata berharga.

Jaya Obayashi sebagai perusahaan Jepang dan bergerak di bidang Main Contractor tentunya menjadi tantangan besar bagi karyawan, karena secara pengetahuan maupun leadership harus lebih baik daripada Subcont. Dan juga kesempatan berbagi waktu dengan keluarga sangat singkat.
