    The good thingsFasilitas untuk IT tercukupi dengan baik dan rekan-rekan kerja yang baik. Suasana kerja yang nyaman saat WFO, Shalat jamaah dapat terjaga disini dan rekan kerja juga sering mengajak untuk kajian ilmu disekitaran kantor.
    The challengesApresiasi terhadap kerja bawahan, khususnya department IT. Bonus tahunan dan kenaikan gaji yang tidak kunjung datang. Harus sering atau beberapa kali diadakan one on one antara atasan dan bawahan agar dapat saling memahami. Jenjang karir yang agak sulit karena beberapa jabatan diangkat hanya berdasarkan lamanya kerja dan keluarga.
