    The good thingsThe environment is extremely supportive; I have not experienced such a supportive workplace anywhere else besides Ipsos. Management actively nurtures latent talents and helps optimize each individual's strengths. In addition, there are many learning opportunities available, both locally and globally.
    The challengesWorking in client servicing, especially under the current economic conditions, requires us to be agile and to work quickly. These are demands from clients and the industry, so the heavy workload and intense client pressure can sometimes make the role feel quite stressful.

    Good learning but no work life balance
    The good thingsa chance to learn more about market research, a balanced work rhythm between working individually or in a team, teammates help each other, lots of training to support careers, lots of wellness events to keep employees happy at work
    The challengesflexible working hours but mostly working overtime has become a corporate culture, many workers come at 10 / 11 AM & go home 8 / 9 PM, have to adjust the rhythm of team work hours, poor work life balance, difficult to become permanent employees and contract employees sometimes feel sidelined

    The good thingsIpsos Indonesia is top 3 biggest company in Indonesia with sustainable business and independent financial management. Therefore Ipsos Indonesia manage their operational locally, include promoting employee without global approval.
    The challengesOperational management (for survey fieldwork) is needed to be improved. The field management is not establish and have good system that protect project and study that is still going on. Therefore, being researcher in here is rather painfull because not only deal with client but also with un-supported field team.

    The good thingsBekerja di Ipsos Business Consulting akan mendapatkan banyak pengetahuan baru mengenai berbagai macam industri seperti otomotif, kecantikan, kesehatan, FMCG, alat berat, minyak, emas, dll. Akan banyak sekali yang bisa dipelajari. Kalau kamu tidak suka dengan hal yang monoton, bekerja di Ipsos sangatlah baik karena pengetahuan yang didapat tidak hanya itu2 saja.
    The challengesTerkadang mengerjakan project yang tidak sesuai dengan jurusan kita membuat kita harus belajar dengan cepat untuk mengikuti project tersebut. Misalnya, background nya adalah IT tetapi project-nya mengenai otomotif, maka kita harus belajar mengenai hal2 otomotif seperti istilah2nya, dll. Juga waktu project yang singkat membuat kita harus bekerja dengan sangat cepat.
