    The good thingsThe environment is extremely supportive; I have not experienced such a supportive workplace anywhere else besides Ipsos. Management actively nurtures latent talents and helps optimize each individual's strengths. In addition, there are many learning opportunities available, both locally and globally.
    The challengesWorking in client servicing, especially under the current economic conditions, requires us to be agile and to work quickly. These are demands from clients and the industry, so the heavy workload and intense client pressure can sometimes make the role feel quite stressful.

    Good learning but no work life balance
    The good thingsa chance to learn more about market research, a balanced work rhythm between working individually or in a team, teammates help each other, lots of training to support careers, lots of wellness events to keep employees happy at work
    The challengesflexible working hours but mostly working overtime has become a corporate culture, many workers come at 10 / 11 AM & go home 8 / 9 PM, have to adjust the rhythm of team work hours, poor work life balance, difficult to become permanent employees and contract employees sometimes feel sidelined
