    Rising startup with Solid Leadership
    The good things- Awesome reward and remuneration for those who perform. - Involvement in most crucial projects and business decisions. - The company treated all the employees with respect and really valued diversity. - Solid coordination among internal departments makes every new project are fairly easy to execute and manage. - Super flexible working hours, let you manage your own time. - Focus on results, let employees innovate, and invent best practices. - Leaders (even the CEO) are very helpful, resourceful, and not afraid to get their hands dirty. - Super responsive HR Dept and Customer Service Dept, made any critical situations are handled quickly. - Private insurance for employees and the benefits are WOW!
    The challenges- Some underperforming and toxic employees or toxic ex-employees like to blame others or the company for his/her own mistakes. Even write bad reviews. Typical of short-minded people you can find almost in any company. - Lack of initiatives from several heads of department to groom new joiners and mostly rely on the HR team. - Tend to hire silver spoon candidates, with flashy foreign university titles without focusing on attitude. Most of the time, these so-called "high caliber" candidates are failed to demonstrate business acumen and causing more unnecessary problems because of their immature attitudes. - Crazy hours on campaign days.

    A company at its pivotal phase with flawed leadership
    The good thingsAs a start-up, it offers you with a lot of valuable learnings as the following: - You get the chance to contribute in projects that will make or break the company - There are many people around you with different personality which lets you learn who to trust and who not to trust - Your leader will let you learn about what is effective and not effective leadership as well. - The amount of work lets you learn about time management and how to handle stress. - Diverse working environment where we have Singaporean CEO and Indonesian Management and Staffs. - Diverse regional and other country's office.
    The challenges- Inhumane working hours (some KAM has to stay back until 10PM everyday) - Suffers from leadership crisis and unable to maintain the working condition to deliver the best to the large client. - Scapegoating is a norm especially when things go south (ex. when one brand checked out, other division got the blame as the trigger) - Toxic environment where each of the management starts to work in silos because of the favouritism. - Double or triple hatting is a norm here because of high turn-over rate. - Hiring under-qualified people for cost-cutting. - Favouritism from the leadership is very clear and causes management to be not solid. - Negligence in Finance and HR is a big mistake which costs company burns and high-turnover.

    The good thingsWork life balance, to be heard, leadership management, strategic, and nice culture with all employees. We are start up and we have people inside who knows pretty well about eCommerce industry and the founder and co-founder is previously in big platform in Indonesia. I am confident that working here you will learn a lot of good things and knowledge.
    The challengesSorry to say but since we are still new company really don't have bad things to say working here. But like working in other company, you should push yourself to doing the best you can do, not just for the company itself but you doing this to make you a better person.
