    Overall baik, lingkungan baik namun tidak ada jenjang karir
    The good things- lingkungan rekan kerja yang suportif - work life balance - sangat kekeluargaan
    The challenges- kepercayaan manajemen/atasan/pusat yang kurang terhadap bawahan maupun divisi lain - kurang komunikasi antar divisi sehingga sering ada asumsi tidak benar di lingkungan kerja - jenjang karir hampir tidak ada/gaji stabil

    The good thingsname every activities within, there were hundreds of good experiences for me personally in order to develop a lot more within my career.
