    Toxic working environment
The good thingsglobal outreach. mixing with other nationals. being able to help refugees if you really like helping and doing good for the needy. eye opener if you never stepped foot out of your countries.
The challengesMalaysia HR very bad at communication. never reply on time and never answering any of your questions if any. toxic environment at work as superiors knows it all and because of cultural differences and english language barriers amongst these foreigners (mostly indians, myanmar, bangladesh etc), they were bad at communicating and they do not try to understand local norms rather just try to mix with the migrants; literally. company rely heavily on funds. whenever there is a lack of funding, the company will downsize staffs hence why you work contracts.
