    The good thingsyou will get salary higher than other Asia country embassy and some of European embassy. the environment of work also good. Peoples are friendly. They are flexible regarding your time when you need to absence because of urgent matter about your family. You will get 21 days per year for paid leave.
    The challengesBecause you working with other people from different culture you have to make and fast adaptation. You need to be more patient and little bit change your working method. you have to do whatever they want.
