    The challengesEndure extortion from your own manager and manager always give vent to emotions toward employee. The leader doesn't give good example to employee. The conclusion is the toxic leadership in Batam Branch

    The challengesOperational Manager put too much expectation for perfect result towards probation employee. Too much working stress be honest. I am leaving before 3 months due to working stress.
