    I'm still working on this company and it's almost 2 years experiences
    The good thingsthe good things are the BOD do really cares about employee's healthy. they provides milk, vitamins, medical mask, and also lunch with transportation support (only red zone included branches will be provided) during the pandemic. they increase a bit benefit of the health insurance during the pandemic. that's it.
    The challengesmust have the strongest mentality to working in here. your upline manager won't thank you for anything but will put all the blame on you when something's wrong. no support, and any advices won't be considered. but when something bad happens, they will keep asking you why you never mitigate the problem before it's happens. bad management, bad work life balance, bad lunch-break time management (you'll be in hunger everyday especially during this pandemic which is the total wfo employees are only 50% from normal.

    The challengesI'm a front liner in here. really bad teamwork tho. high responsibilities, high risks, poor management, very complicated procedures and too manual. higher-ups won't hear any advice from literally anyone. policy and procedures always kept changing to the point it's troublesome. very long procedure for resigning the job. supervisors and managers are hands off if something goes wrong and will not help you. honestly, you fight alone, but if you really wanna try, then so be it, just don't regret it, it's your choice.

    The challengesThe company is very dynamic because they are still growing. People come and go here, that's why their organization structure is always changing. Their policy and procedure too. The attitude you need to survive working here is to keep up with all the new things, because sometimes there is a new policy but you didn't get the info. The company's policy and procedure is a troublesome.
