    lumayan untuk level Perusahaan, kalau untuk batu loncatan oke banget, tapi untuk stabilitas jangan disini.
    The good thingsuntuk kerjasama antar departemen bagus untuk di level SPV kebawah, untuk kerjasama antar departemen untuk level SPV keatas buruk, karena hal-hal yang baik akan lebih cepat tersisih.
    The challengesManagement yang tertutup, untuk karyawan kepastian regulasi karyawan hanya sebanyak 5% dengan status karyawan PT atau tetap, sisanya 95% ikut OS (sampai level managerial).
