    lumayan untuk level Perusahaan, kalau untuk batu loncatan oke banget, tapi untuk stabilitas jangan disini.
    The good thingsuntuk kerjasama antar departemen bagus untuk di level SPV kebawah, untuk kerjasama antar departemen untuk level SPV keatas buruk, karena hal-hal yang baik akan lebih cepat tersisih.

    The good thingsPekerjaan nya cukup dinamis setiap harinya mencakup banyak produk (box, packaging paper, dan paperbag) . Ada baiknya melakukan referensi dulu produk apa yang dibuat dan bagaimana proses pembuatannya untuk mengetahui bayangan seperti apa perusahaan tersebut.
    The challengesPeluang karier cukup sulit karena perusahaan berdasarkan padat karya (banyak karyawan) dan terjadinya human error sangat tinggi, Perlu adanya pelatihan dan memperkuat sistem per satuan divisi yang ada.
