    The good thingsWhat I like the most is working in a collaborative environment where I can learn from others, share ideas, and support my team. It motivates me and makes me enjoy the process even more.
    The challengesOne thing I don’t particularly like is when there is a lack of clear communication, because it can cause misunderstandings or slow down the work process. However, I usually try to overcome this by confirming details, asking questions, and making sure everyone is on the same page.

    After few years there is no life balance
    The good thingsIn the first 3 years, good history with "Telkom Group". My office is my second home, work life balance, healthy environment. Result-based KPIs not only "office hours". Good private insurance with maternity coverage. Educational allowance.
    The challengesNo career development opportunities. You must first submit a letter of resignation to be promoted. We have to work after work until late in the morning. My leader discredited me in front of the operations director, even though at the time of the incident without him knowing I was on the phone with our director. Micro management. "Akal-Akalan Montir" No life balance.
