ya bumc dint expect to much, kalau ngeliat org yg kerja disini enak percayalah dia dpt team yg ok.
The good things1. Gak ada sikut sikutan, temenny baik semua, tp individualis, ora urus urusan org lain
2. kebanyakan org org nya usia produktif 96-2000 masih muda muda
3. banyak bgttt transaksinya tempat belajar yg oke
4. offering gaji selalu tinggi diantara yg lain
5. KPI bonus performance diakumulasi setiap bulan 10-20%
6. Medical/asuransi oke bangettt
7. hari raya biasanya gak dikasih bingkisan tapi dikasi nya voucher MAP, setahun kerja udah pasti dapet 1jtan kurleb voucher
The challenges1. overload kerjaan buanyak bgttt
2. overtime kalau cuma cuma gak dibayar kecuali ajuin itupun kalau di approve atau hari hari penting
3. kenaikan gaji imut banget, lumayan buat beli kuota si (tergantung divisi) dan apakah bisa mandarin? kalau engga ya udh imut itu kenaikan gaji
4. gak ada bonus tahunan ya jgn berharap, ada nya bonus bulanan itu diatas tp yaampun gak seberapa si bersyukur aja.
5. gak ada cuti bersama, cutber itu motong cuti ih kasian deh. pokoknya gedung gak tutup kita tetep masuk
6. asuransi oke tapi luama bgt bayangin aja medical checkup desember-januari asuransi jadi februari tp baru bisa di pake april mei smpe februari tahun depan
7. gak pernah dpt slip gaji. HR kalau diminta dikasih 3bulan kemudian
8. gajian siang/sore hari😭😫
