    The good thingsMy employer did a good management to keep the business afloat during pandemic without reducing the headcounts, without laying offs employees and without cutting our salary. The company even put bigger investment in people such as generous training and development programs, company facilities and CAPEX; diversity & inclusion; also continuous improvement projects where we can share better ideas amongst the sites.
    The challengesProbably in any Manufacturing company, agile and resilient work attitude is a must-have in every employee so sometimes employees need to set aside their work life balance especially for the White Collars positions. It needs to also improve in global trends, social medias and collaborations with external associations.
