    Great Company with Great Director of Sales n Marketing
    The good things- Cool and Humble Director, GM (jakarta) - High pressure high income ( insentive) - lingkungan kerja yg asik, friendly dan memberikan kebebasan karyawannya untuk berkembang / explore - fasilitas karyawan great ( asuransi, kendaraan, dll) - aware dan loyal terhadap kesejahteraan karyawan (support vitamin, birthday cake, dll) - culture yg agile for growing dan flexible
    The challenges- culture daerah (surabaya) still konven n toxic ( full of trick and drama ) - i find boss at surabaya not leader - sistem manajemen still manual (workflow, data entry, dll)
