    If you want to gain work experience this is the right place, but do not expect a long term hired
    The good thingsThey provide free training, learn to use many applications, and work independently.
    The challengesToo many applications to learn in a very short time, an individualistic work environment, easy dismissal of employees, a confusing organizational structure, and many useless internal meetings.

    The good thingsBanyak training yang bisa diambil, terlebih perusahaann ini adalah 100% milik IBM. Karyawan juga bisa mendapat banyak pengalaman kerja di JTI. Kita bisa training online (tentunya gratis :) ), kapanpun kita mau dan ada waktu. Juga ada training wajib yang harus diambil setiap karyawan.. Biasanya mengenai security data dan keamanan ID kita.
    The challengesSaya agak telat mengambil training2 di sini, karena kesibukan. Apalagi training2 yang disediakan gratis dan bisa menunjang karir karyawan ke depannya... :)

    The good thingsBerkerja di perusahaan Jasa Teknologi Informasi IBM adalah kesempatan yang cukup baik jika tujuan utama hanya untuk belajar. Kalian akan memulai karir dengan mempelajari banyak sekali ilmu baru dan pengalaman baru, namun harus mengorbankan waktu istirahat kalian Sebagai informasi tambahan, Jasa Teknologi Informasi IBM ada berbeda dengan IBM Indonesia, jadi jangan terlalu tinggi dalam ber ekspektasi.
    The challengesTantangan saat berkerja di Jasa Teknologi Informasi adalah perjalanan menuju karyawan tetap yang cukup sulit, karena tidak banyak yang memiliki kesempatan menjadi karyawan tetap, sehingga kalian akan memilih untuk meninggalkan perusahaan tersebut dan memulai karir di tempat yang lebih baik dan lebih pasti. Sebagai informasi tambahan, tidak sedikit karyawan yang sudah di kontrak lebih dari 7 tahun

    The good things- Supportive team members and managers for career progression. - Challenging projects to work with various business cases and stakeholders involved in each project. - Good insurance and health reimburse coverage.
    The challenges- Sometimes due to project deadlines, working hours can get into 60 hours per week. But after the project done, we can get more free time. - Long contract period and difficult to become full-time employee.

    A Good Working Place For Fresh Graduates
    The good thingsA good start for fresh graduates to develop their career path. The Company has many projects, tasks & opportunities for the employees to grow, to train their skills & knowledges in almost all aspects of Information & Technologies. Salary, overtime & reimbursement system are also managed well by the Company. You'll get paid for what you have done for it.
    The challengesAfter 2-3 years, it will be hard for the employees to keep up. Some of the projects are not supervised well (based on the leader). Salary increasement, permanent chance & promotion are also not satisfying, as the Company seems doesn't really care about the loyalty of its employees.

The benefit here you will have an access to training page related to IT, Managemnt and Social just by cliking the courses. You will aslo have opporutitis to have training overseas or for certification.
    The challengesThe callenges is since I am in service line, which working all the time in client, most of my experience here is implementing system. As we know that implementing system, we have to adapt to the pace of thight timeline in order to deliver the project on time. Sometimes, we need to ran to catch the timeline by working overtime or in weekend.

    The good thingsJam kerjanya yang tidak mengikat, tapi sangat tergantung pada kebutuhan customer. Suasana kantor nyaman, sangat kekeluargaan. Gathering bagi tiap divisi dan seluruh kantor secara rutin. Sangat menyenangkan!. Management yang cukup baik dan tertata. Banyak training-training yang diadakan oleh internal. Kemampuan komunikasi bahasa asing lebih terasah karena banyak karyawan dan customer dari luar negri.
    The challengesMenjadi karyawan tetap agak sulit dan butuh waktu yg lama kurang lebih 2tahun (tergantung posisi). Mengambil training atau sertifikasi diluar yang disupport perusahaan sangat sulit. Atasan cenderung kurang memperhatikan pengembangan karir serta pengetahuan bawahannya. Sangat sulit mendapatkan pun meminta passion yang cocok disini, hanya orang-orang tertentu dengan "bakat alamiah" yang selalu diberi tanggung jawab besar, ya mungkin perusahan tidak ingin mengambil resiko.
