    The good thingsGood colleagues to talk to, especially in the same division.
    The challenges- Management does not know what the real challenge is in each division, only focusing on revenue and targets. - There was no appreciation of who performed to the company or team target. - Incompetent people being promoted in a short period. - Directors only appreciate whom they know personally based on personality or background, not based on performance. - HR did not have innovation to support employees. They thought employees could easily come and go. - They give legal services but do not comply with or implement the laws properly, especially regarding employee satisfaction and improvement. This is the fact, you can ask to overall that working at Hukumonline.
