    It’s not a good place to develop your career or expand your knowledge.
    The good thingsGood things? only good salary.
    The challengesThe work environment and leadership are toxic. The leadership system is outdated. Management tends to complain about employees’ work without offering solutions. Employees are not allowed to take annual leave during their first year, and even after completing one year, they can only take one day off per month.

    The good thingsWhen you switch to a new company, you will feel easily satisfied because your previous company was truly disappointing.
    The challengesThe employee turnover rate in this company is very high across all departments because the overall culture does not respect employees' personal values or career development plans. The top management sees employees as easily replaceable, so they do not prioritize long-term growth. Decisions from the very top are constantly changing, the budget is low, and the KPIs are excessively high, making the system highly unreasonable.

    The good thingsClear job description, not a 'do-it-all' role.
    The challengesKPIs that keep increasing and are unachievable due to overly complicated and constantly changing work procedures. A very rigid company culture. Extremely high turnover, especially at the end of the year because the Holiday Allowance is paid at the end of the year. Required to work with employees in China, but most of them cannot speak English. Unclear standard operating procedures (SOPs). The company does not fire employees, but forces them to resign.
