    Tempat belajar yang bagus tapi tidak untuk jenjang karir
    The good thingsLingkungan kerja santai dan supportif Baik untuk tempat belajar tapi tidak untuk yang mengejar karir/jabatan tinggi Gaji sesuai standard leasing
    The challengesTidak ada sales insentif (bonus sama rata dengan karyawan lain) Kenaikan gaji sangat kecil (bisa under 100rb/thn) Sistem promosi yang bias dan hampir tidak ada promosi grade/jabatan untuk level supervisor kebawah Banyak politik dalam kantor cabang dan pusat Kurangnya apresiasi untuk karyawan sehingga tingkat turnover tinggi

    The good things- Nominal gaji cukup tinggi, diatas UMR - Tunjangan yg cukup lengkap - Disediakan mobil operasional
    The challenges- Lingkungan kerja yg sangat tidak nyaman - Tekanan kerja yg tinggi - Tidak adanya On Job Training - Bisnis proses dalam perusahaan terlalu rumit
