    Tempat belajar yang bagus tapi tidak untuk jenjang karir
    The good thingsLingkungan kerja santai dan supportif Baik untuk tempat belajar tapi tidak untuk yang mengejar karir/jabatan tinggi Gaji sesuai standard leasing
    The challengesTidak ada sales insentif (bonus sama rata dengan karyawan lain) Kenaikan gaji sangat kecil (bisa under 100rb/thn) Sistem promosi yang bias dan hampir tidak ada promosi grade/jabatan untuk level supervisor kebawah Banyak politik dalam kantor cabang dan pusat Kurangnya apresiasi untuk karyawan sehingga tingkat turnover tinggi

    Positive things
    The good things- good work life balance - less stress - fast approval
    The challenges- high employee turnover as hrd cant maintain and heard advices from their former employees - no appreciation for loyal employees - unstable and unclear company regulation - needs to improve the internal system - unclear career path, almost no promotion for employees - no employees loan and insurance - yearly salary increases is very low compared to other similar companies

    The good things- suasana kerja tidak begitu formal di cabang - ada bonus insentif - plafond medical reimbursement cukup besar
    The challenges- gaji tidak sesuai dengan load pekerjaan - atasan kurang supportif dan pilih kasih terhadap staff - tidak ada insentif lemburan selama pandemi - tidak ada jenjang karir

    The good thingsAda benefit2 seperti medical, kacamata, bonus tahunan.
    The challengesSedih. Kenaikan gaji tahunan hanya 100rb. Dengan posisi yg sama beda gajinya bisa jauh banget dengan orang lain padahal posisinya sama. Kerjaan banyak. Banyak dituntut. uang lembur tidak ada selama covid tetapi pekerjaan tidak bisa selesai dengan hanya mengandalkan jam kerja saja. Alhasil kerja lebih dari jam kerja tetapi tidak dibayar lembur.
