    Nice Working Environment and Employee Cooperation
    The good thingsGreat Culture and Teamwork in operational level. Teamwork and communications is the key to achieve goals. Cooperation and Consideration for other department are a must thing to do before proposing work plan to higher-ups.
    The challengesHigh-Dynamic working environment, many sudden changes in the middle of process. Management holds most of the evaluation points and decision. Many of paper-based documents and manual-style for administration processes.
